The 70 kg heavyweight boxing event on Sunday, March 11, 2018 in the Bayon Boeung Sno Boxing Arena is a two-match match between Vong Noy, boxing champion Kunun Khmer club and Thai boxer Arundeth Phakthungchai, another pairing between Pich Seyha, boxer of Reach Sale Association and Thai boxer Watcharalek Site Kolab.

This is the third round of the four boxers. For the match between Vong Noy and Arundeth in the qualifying round, noting the previous match, Vong Noy could hardly beat Arundeth because the Thai boxer had beaten him a point once in a meeting on October 14, 2017.
