The two Thai candidates joining the rally for 4 million this week are Namkhaboun and new face Phet Arun, who have never come to Cambodia.
This is the second time for the two martial artists who entered the marathon, Roeung Sophorn won the championship by defeating Manavthorng and Superchai while Long Sovandoeun lost to superchai.
Namkhaboun also had a marathon experience, defeating Moeun Sok Huch in three but losing to compatriots.
